Over time the contents of your Temp folder become greater and greater. This folder stores items such as web browser history, cookies and cache files.

Deleting the contents of this folder is very simple

In Microsoft Windows XP go to;

• Start > My Computer > Local Disk (C:)
• Then select the ‘Windows’ folder and within that folder select the ‘Temp’ folder
• Simply highlight the contents, right-click and select ‘Delete’.
• The files will then move to your Recycle Bin so you will need to delete them from there also.

In Microsoft Windows Vista;

The process is exactly the same. The only difference is instead of going to;

• Start > My Computer > Local Disk (C:) you will need to go to
• Start > Computer > OS (C:)
